– Baking soda as slime on the skin
The effect of baking soda on hyperacidic tissue is well known. In addition to a full bath with a cup of baking soda, there is also a method that can be used well and easily after a shower or sauna.
After the sauna:
If the pores of the skin are well opened after the sauna, you can use a method to simply deacidify the skin and tissue. After showering, simply apply a thin layer of baking soda powder to damp skin. This means that you do not dry yourself after showering but simply wipe off the water with your hands.
If it pinches a little when the skin is damaged, I apply a little water to these areas to dilute it or wash it off. However, it disappears quickly for me and I can still use it well
Of course, you can also do this without a sauna, just after a hot shower. But the opening of the pores in the sauna makes the whole thing even more effective.
A very fine baking soda, such as this baking soda, is ideal as it can penetrate the skin more easily.
After application, simply allow the baking soda to dry. It remains on or in the skin. The room in which you dry yourself should therefore be pleasantly warm. Then simply put your clothes on and rest for a while.
In addition to the deacidifying effect, this also has a positive effect on the muscles. Because only over-acidified tissue hurts. Frequent external use of this type should therefore also prevent sore and tense muscles. Internal use is of course also beneficial here. Because the muscles themselves are not the problem. Once again, it is the environment.
