Blue Tansy – essential oil – background information

Blue Tansy aus dem blauen Rainfarn

The blue from the Moroccan tansy! An essential oil that not only releases a wonderful fragrance, for which many love it.

Blue Tansy offers much more than just a good fragrance.

It is said to have a calming and balancing effect on the psyche. Its fragrance – warm, balsamic, slightly fruity – promotes inner peace, serenity and emotional balance.

When working with aromas, it is used to alleviate feelings of anxiety, reduce stress and calm the mind. The ingredients such as chamazulene not only contribute to physical relaxation, but also support a positive mood and deep inner harmony. Through diffusion or fragrance, it is said to help create a relaxed atmosphere and alleviate mental restlessness.

Dosage:

– about the fragrance: inhale or diffuse 1 drop.

– externally: apply 1 drop to each reflex point or to the skin.

A mixture with DMSO is also known to be applied to the skin.

The smell of Blue Tansy also changes the perception of the odor that occurs when DMSO is used internally. Here, a dosage of 2-3 drops of Blue Tansy to 500 ml DMSO100 has been reported. However, there are different perceptions around those who have taken the DMSO. Some smelled it no more, others a little less. The smell of DMSO is usually not perceived by others when they use DMSO themselves or come into contact with DMSO, for example through the skin.

But also the order of the pure Blue Tansy on the skin can also be pleasant. If you have damaged skin, you may initially experience a burning sensation, but I have been told that this subsides after a short time. Of course, essential oils do not belong on mucous membranes and never in the eyes. But everyone knows that.

As essential oils are sensitive, they should be stored in well-protected bottles (mironglass). I would therefore only buy it in such a bottle. This is the case with the oil shown.

All love

Sebastian
