HOW TO APPLY WARM WATER

In the morning after getting up on an empty stomach, I drink about 4 glasses/mugs of warm water with a pinch of Himalayan salt. I dose the Himalayan salt so that the water tastes pleasantly salty (like a broth). I combined the variant with the salt with the normal warm water ceremony.

Of course, you can also mix the famous salt brine and add a teaspoon of it to your warm water at a time. I drink it in small sips so that the body can use it better.

How do I make a brine?

  1. Add a few lumps of royal salt (halite salt) in a jug. Preferably one made of glass.
  2. Now fill it with warm, pure water.
  3. The salt chunks now dissolve until the water is saturated. (26 %)
  4. After 12 – 24 hours you can now use the finished brine.

However, this brine can also be used wonderfully for seasoning.

What is the difference between Himalayan salt and halite salt?

The valuable structures in salt, especially in the case of royal salt, only occur at high pressure. However, this is not the case in the northern regions. Although rock salt is far better and more valuable than “table salt”, Himalayan salt is one step higher in terms of energy. All these salts were still available to the people back then. However, kings and princes were given salt that was structurally even more valuable, such as Halite salt or royal salt.

How can this drinking cure / warm water cure or ceremony be carried out?

When you start out, you might not manage 4 glasses/cups straight away, but you can improve.
I’ve made it part of my morning routine for a long time!

An interval of about 30 minutes is enough for me to eat a meal. By chewing my food thoroughly, I also have no digestive problems if I eat immediately after my warm water ceremony.

Cold water has to be laboriously heated by the body and is therefore not beneficial.

Cold water constricts the 4 arteries/veins of the heart and can cause a heart attack.
Cold drinks are said to be a major cause of heart attacks.

  • It also causes problems in the liver.
It causes fat to stick to the liver.
Most people waiting for a liver transplant are said to be victims of “drinking cold water”.
  • Cold water affects the inner walls of the stomach. It impairs the large intestine and promotes cancer.

Tip:
Always “bless” the water with your gratitude and by saying “love”.
Many of you already know Masaru Emoto’s insight into water. Use the beneficial effect of the water through your own potentiation, i.e. energy. This is then transferred to water through words and sounds.

All the best
