is a method that many users still use.
With this method, the daily dose of CDL /CDS /CDH is filled into a 1 liter bottle of water and drunk throughout the day.
A ration bottle made of HDPE is ideal for this, especially when you are out and about and the good glass could break.
The concentration already mixed with water in this liter bottle is so low that, in my opinion, it is unproblematic to use such a bottle. After all, HDPE has almost the highest resistance to chemicals, depending on the substance.
This is how I proceed:
- MARKING
You can mark this bottle with a waterproof marker. To do this, I add 125 ml of water and draw a line with the marker. Then add another 125 ml until I have completed my marking up to one liter.
I have now marked the bottle and can see from the markings how much I pour into my glass each time I use it. This makes dosing easy and you don’t need a measuring jug to measure out the 125 ml at a time.
2. FILL
Now I fill the bottle halfway with good water.
Then I add the amount of CDH / CDS / CDL that I need for the day. If I take 3 ml of CDH 8 times a day (at intervals of approx. one hour), this is 24 ml (depending on body weight).
Then I fill up the rest with good water until my liter is reached and close the bottle. Now it’s ready for use…
3. USE:
If I now want to drink the solution, I take a glass or other drinking vessel (no metal) and fill the 125 ml that I have marked into the glass. Depending on taste and preference, you can add more water or tea. Or just drink it as it is.
If you would like to add DMSO to the CDL CDS CDH or even MKB Vital, you can also add this to the jar.
Um den Abstand von ca. einer Stunden zu erreichen, kann man ein Handy timen oder eine Eieruhr aufziehen 😉
Alles Liebe
